Simon Black

Director / CEO

With a Bachelor of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Simon’s working style draws from his deep technical understanding of the projects he helps lead.

He has led projects and acted as an IT consultant for some of NZ’s largest corporates, including Pricewaterhouse Coopers, EDS, Telecom, Vodafone, Equinox and LINZ to name a few.

He also has a complete understanding of the project due to having adopted various leadership roles as Developer, Solution Architect, Team Lead, Test Manager, Project Manager, Integration Manager and Delivery Manager.

Projects he’s run have covered a huge range of financial backing, from as small as $100k to as large as $60m – all successful.

With over 10 years experience in web framework development, and 10 years in website development and deployment, he knows what works, and the best way to problem-solve solutions quickly.

He loves his work, and his clients, and is proud to have won the Owner Operator category in the Electra Business Awards.

Matt Hudson

Director

Matt’s BA in Commerce Administration gave him a hunger for online business, and helping organisations to achieve their goals efficiently and with style.

He loves being involved in the industry at a deeper level, and is a Member of the Project Management Institute (Currently studying for CAPM status).

He has extensive experience in Marketing and Product Management of eCommerce, Integrated Payment Solutions and Mobile payments, which have given him a broad skill-set, able to adapt to any consents, or rules-based system development.

Alongside this, he has many years of Project Management experience in card-based payment solutions, mobile (smart device) payment solutions, and corporate migrations.

All up he has worked with some of NZ’s largest corporations, including BP, NZ Lotteries, Harvey Norman and NZAA.

He’s not all about the technical side of things. He loves working with people too, and has 11 years’ experience in award winning Contact Centre Senior Leadership to prove it – where he excelled in People and Campaign Management, Sales and the Establishment of BCP sites.
